- NOTE: EVEN IF YOU FILLED OUT AN ORDER WITH ME, YOU NEED TO FILL YOUR INFORMATION AGAIN AND PAY WITH THIS LINK!

3. GRIDIRON CLUB

- We need all of our Rebel parents to participate in the Gridiron Club Fundraiser as all monies directly benefit your player with nutritious meals & snacks, special events and team-building activities.

Gridiron Club donations of $150 or more will be listed in the athletic program. $250+ donations are listed in both the athletic program and banner displayed at the stadium.

NOTE: WE HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE THE LUNCHROOM CATER ALL BUT ONE PASTA DINNER. THIS WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE GRIDIRON CLUB.

4. CHURCH/HOUSE OF WORSHIP DINNERS

- We are still looking for churches to sponsor our Friday night meals. Players will NOT be going home before the Friday night games, and will need a good, nutritious meal!

- Below if a list of churches, and the contacts I have from our team. Please let me know if you can fill in the gaps! Smaller churches are welcome to go in together to split the cost!

Money Breakdown for VHHS Football

SPRING Football Kick-off Fundraiser

- All money went directly to the VHHS football program.

- Slide #19 shares some of the many items purchased through generous

Gridiron Club

- All money will go directly to the VHHS football program.

Families or businesses donating $150 will be listed in the program. $250+ will

also be listed on the banner at the field.

- Money raised will directly benefit your child this season as all funds will be used to provide nutritious meals, snacks and special events throughout the season.

- Budget Line Items:

* Halloween Trunk or Treat

* Popsicles after Practice

* Senior Night

* Cheerleader & Coaches Gifts

* End-of-the-Year Banquet

GOAL: $20,000

We have nearly 160 players plus coaches, so we need your support to feed our boys and provide these fun events that promote camaraderie, teamwork, friendship and just a sense of belonging.

FUN FACT: If every family donated $125-$150, we would reach our goal!

Note: The yard sign offered with the $150 Booster Club membership is NOT the football yard sign with your son's name and number.

- You must be a Booster Club member to purchase season tickets. If you do not

purchase season tickets, you will purchase tickets individually on Gofan.

Hey Rebels!

Here's what you need to know this week:

* PICTURE DAY: MONDAY, AUGUST 2 at 4:30 p.m.

* Practice 6:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. through Thursday this week.

* MOCK PRACTICE TUESDAY, JUNE 29 (with helmets) @ 10 a.m. Center Point High School - Bus leaves at 8:15 a.m. Sharp!

* COLLECTION COMPETITION

Which grade will collect the most socks and hygiene products for "Shades of Service" benefitting the Center Point Senior Center?

* PASTA DINNERS CLARIFICATION: Pasta Thursdays will be catered by our lunchroom at an estimated cost of $1000 per week which will hopefully be covered by the "Gridiron Club" funds. (see below) Currently we have about four groups of generous parents who have signed up to provide the pasta dinner one week. This tremendously helps with our budget!

GRIDIRON CLUB

What? The Gridiron Club directly benefits your son as all monies are used to provide nutritious meals and special events during the current season.

Why? Without the Gridiron Club, we would not be able to have the Thursday Pasta Dinners, Special Events during the season (Halloween Trunk or Treat, Popsicles after practice, Kick-Off Event, Banquet, Senior Night, and much more!

Who? Generous parents, grandparents, businesses & friends who donate more than $250 are listed in the Athletic Program and on Gridiron Club banner at the field.

When? Kick-off next week! Be looking for the link!

MISCELLANEOUS

* TEAM SPIRIT:

- Yard Signs will be available to purchase next week along with the spirit packs. I will share the image with you ASAP! It is different from last year's sign!

- Brag Badges and Senior Banners: Photos taken August 2 will be used for both items. Order info TBA.

- Field Photographers: There will be 2 photographers taking action photos for Friday Night games. I'd like for seniors to have first priority for the photos. I will publish the information ASAP.

- Volunteers: Please consider being a Committee Head. I am going to need A LOT of volunteers to make all the dinners and events happen.
